You can swim at your own speed and build up the number of lengths you do. Some people like to push themselves to do a couple of fast lengths and some slow lengths to vary their pace. Whether to wear a full swimsuit or a split piece outfit like a bikini or tankini
are decisions best left to the individual. Full coverage is good though if you’ve
got a belly you’re not proud of as you can hide it all away! Supportive swimsuits
make it possible to look slimmer too! Look for swimming costumes that have Lycra
Elastane in to ensure that they will fit well! The lycra gives them some stretch
which is always a good idea in a close fitting item of clothing.
